H&K were chosen to lead a major warehouse optimisation and automation logistics project focused on transforming the facility’s efficiency, capacity, and operational flow. The project involved dismantling the existing beam pallet racking system. H&K designed and implemented automatic sprinkler protection to the new Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS), which featured advanced automated mini loaders capable of handling high-density storage and rapid picking operations.
