Full warehouse protection delivered to flagship UK Healthcare company in Birmingham. The project involved comprehensive sprinkler protection to the 285,158 sq ft warehouse roof, mezzanines, and multiple racking structures – including fixed-in-place racking, automation areas with OSR’s, Automat and Conveyors. This facility represents a significant investment for this healthcare company as part of their operational expansion in Birmingham.
This complex storage facility required a comprehensive fire protection system approach for their new flagship distribution center. The fire protection systems needed to meet FM Global requirements while accommodating various specialised areas within the warehouse, including automation systems and complex racking structures.
Our solution was designed to protect this significant investment while ensuring compliance with both FM Global requirements, local building control, and the client’s specific needs for their pharmaceutical warehouse operations.
